My courier was transported really really slow and i wanted it to have before leaving for hostel...sadly they do not even provide any contact number whatsover either on google or through text to contact and confirm. Such irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated.

I was not available when the delivery person contacted him but from the next day i am calling him regularly all the time everyday but he is ignoring my calls and he even blocked my number. Then i called frm another number but he ignored again. I had ordered from my own website. It never happens in amazon. The delivery people wants to earn money without working properly.nSame behaviour of his senior.

I have been waiting over a week for my order to be delivered. They have cancelled my order over and over again without contacting me, that too after providing them with multiple different contact numbers. This is the third time this week I called their customer care who always promises a resolution to this issue in 24 hours but this the third time I am waiting for my package to be delivered. I am forced to write this review because of how rudely the ground staff behaved with us and threatened us that they will destroy our package and swearing with foul language. Unprofessional, lazy and downright goon like behaviour from the delivery staff. No package is worth the trouble sent through this service.

Very much poor service. They always decline delivery at their own. One of the un professional, unethical goons.
