Hotel Kanha's Palm Springs

Beautiful location and clean suites. But the location is managed by Shahid who is very disrespectful to the clients. Every single interaction I had with him was a let down. From my personal experience he is not super transparent with the expenses either. To be in a business of hospitality, his abrasive nature is counterproductive. I’m going to make sure no one in my friends and family ever does business with Shahid.

I had my wedding reception there, was super disappointed with the decorations. After reminding multiple times what I wanted, it was a total mood spoiler. As soon as i entered, it was pitch dark...no work was done from their side to make it presentable. The stage was very far from the food stalls. There was no adequate lighting done. I was happy with the quality of food. But overall experience was below average. I would suggest any bride to be who is planning her wedding there, please go through the details and get everything in writing. I was promised alott of things but delivered none. :(

Starting with its description:n1. Purpose: Visit here for any big event, function, marriage, party, recreational tour. The place is full of aesthetic scenes.n2. Spaces: As to my knowledge, there are total 6 places inside this vast hotel, where different types of functions and parties can be arranged - as per budget and number of people to be invited.n3. Food: The purpose of all events at last ends with the quality of food which is served. You cannot serve everything to everybody's heart content, but overall the food is healthy, hygienic and tasty. The serving station is also properly managed and arranged.n4. Fun: There is ample space for all types of fun activities. Kids and adults both can play, rest, enjoy, take selfie etc.n5. Parking: There are 3 separate parking spaces with all facilities.n6. Service: The behavior of every person working in this hotel staff is definitely being guided by a good management.n7. Rooms: The rooms are delightful and so is the stay in those rooms.

Very good place to stay with family and friends. Although I was here to attend an marriage function, but enjoyed the stay with neat and clean rooms. Good staff. Also they have a Good place for kids and family to spend a day with some amazing rides and water rides in this amusement park. There are two different types of entries over here, one is normal rides and the second one is the water park, where you can enjoy different types of water rides and water sports.
