The trainer is really good for training ladies. Aerobics will be done..one should prefer this gym for perfect fitness and strength training.. It feels so good to be trained by such a good trainer..

One of Dharwad's oldest and the best gym , cheap price nice space and a lot of equipment for workout and I love it and at the price of 600rs you cannot find something better
