Star health insurance office is to pathetic serviceable office i ever visited. The office has same window for claim and policy issuance. No body bother for work. They are so pathetic to submit the claim documents. They have lease interest to their customers for claim submission. They misleads to you everytime for claims. The are pathetic to approve your claims they miss out your paper most of the time.
Good service & safty provided in pendamic situation.
Worst company they wants only money.nTake another insurance than star health.
Nit yet given any type of health check up as I have not clam from 8 yrs
