I joined here after a long gap but still within a short span of time I could see the results, thanks to Mr. Paresh. Here u'll get target oriented die plan as well as workout plan. I'm really enjoying my time here, full of spirit and motivation.

To start with, I joined a gym post 3-4 years of complete gap. I was aware of the things I wanted in the gym that I would go and this one fit perfectly well. In case you are in Nasik, I can assure you this is the best Value for money place you’d find. The location is pretty good and breezy being on the 3rd Floor of the building. Equipments are top quality, Music is always on to keep you uplifting. There is enough parking space in the locality. All the trainers are super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. There are easy to follow videos from the very basic warm up to stretching. Everything that one would look for. The overall vibe is great and I had had nothing but good experiences. I’d definitely recommend them. Kudos! ud83dudd25

Time and health are two precious assets of d gym, every individual get the right amount of nourishment and exercise, Coach and Trainers r excellent ... Personally As I realised ...When it starts to hurt, that’s when the set starts
