It was good experiance to travel by Syndicate travels.nVehicle was in good condition.nHaving been bad road condition, the operating staff managed the tour well in time.nToilet break, tea break were on proper time.

The bus tracking didn't work properly. My pickup time was 11:55 PM and as the tracking was unavailable, I reached there 10 minutes early. The bus wasn't there till 12:30 and I tried to call the customer care but they just said wait for 10 mins (the usual answer since I got there). We (other passengers including small children) were left stranded on a cold night without any chairs to sit coz the office was full of parcels. We waited on road in the cold month of December. Finally the bus came at 1:30 AM. Bus driver arrogantly answered when asked about his late arrival. After all this he made an unscheduled stop at a hotel for dinner just in half hour of travel. All we could do was curse our fate and swear that we would never travel through this service.
