Pathetic service, no one want to resolve customer electricity issue. Most of the time their landline not working during electricity problem in kedgaon area. They're just taking no. n name, not reverting back. Really worst experience.

There is frequent power cut in Kedgaon area, I tried to contact them and asked why this is happening, they simply put my phone away and did not respond.
