Genuinely very bad. The staff is full of UP bihari guys and doesn't respond or pay attention to our concern and laughs amongst them rather than solving our problem or finding our package. Their phone numbers are always OFF so we did visit there to pick our package. A courier service doesn't deliver courier, huh..so that we had to travel 100km. VERY BAD. Somehow we got our parcel & gladly it was in a good condition.nI ain't going for TCI courier from now onwards.nDON'T DELIVER FROM TCI! Telling ya
