Jalgaon to mumbai sleeper non ac bus, paid 1100 per seat, dirtiest bus I ever travelled into that too in times of COVID where bus to be sanitized/deep cleaned as highest priority.nBedsheet, leather seats full of dust, filthy bus. Avoid Swaminarayan guys, a lot better options available

Buses were sanitised and safety precautions were taken , all buses are not good in condition and not that well maintained.

We trust on redBus as true information on buses like it rating , reviews we trust but after this trip I felt untrusted on redBus that I book it bus We travel in this bus at 20 mar 2020 at pune-bhusawal in bus number MH-19-Y-9045 , IS BUT TOTALLY dirty not clean in corona viral condition it want mendatory clean also no curtain hang in both side so ladies feel very uncomfortable ,unsafe & totally disappointed whil traveling please operator first study how do travel business
