Knee injury or problems go to water spring. Any one avoid knee surgery go to first there

Its a good place for taking natural hot water bath (shampoo or soap is not allowed). Men and Women have diffrent section for the bathing.There are Three tanks of hot water in Men's section, (no idea about Women side) : first one is the hotest and cleaner (around 50-60°C) in which hot water flows directly from the source, the over flowed water from first tank flows in 2nd tank (temp. around 40-45°C), the water is little murky , the water from this tank flows in third (temp around 30-35°C), the water is murkiest.nn>> It would be good to bring a bathing mug and a small bucket if one wants to bath in cleaner but little luke warm water than going in to 1st tank.
