I have been paying a lot of cancellation fees since last 3 days and it is just because Ola driver issues like Stuck at CNG pump, can't go to highway even he knows the location before confirming the ride, not using online payment, will reach in 20 minutes even it is showing 6 minutes away.nThe Ola is doing scam with me since last 3 days and I am going to file a complaint about it same. I want my refund back or else I will highlight this issue in consumer coart. I called customer care and the guy is sitting there is very unprofessional and don't know how to speak, he don't know the Ola policies. Please take this seriously and give me the refund. I am very disappointed as I reached to my office late and my boss scrolled me.
