while visiting moreh one isnt allowed to drive private vehicle inside from the main road to avoid traffics. but if you go with the local they know the place from where tofind these parking space just near the gate. but if you go on your own then i bet you will never find this place. they charge Rs.100 for fees. while following this directions dont take the main road. make sure to take the small narrow road before reaching the police station.
