@ManappuramMAFIL Hi mannapuram .i have kept my gold in manapuram guwahati beltota branch in 2019.i was happy with your service but I am really very disappointed because of your guwahati branch employees whenever I visit the branch they make me to wait for long time..there is no proper respones ..they always sitting with attitude faces ,specially the ladies employees. I went today morning at 10 am because I have office so according to my time I went. And in the website as well it's mantoned that morning 9 am to 5 pm opening time. The lady said that don't come in morning always with rude behavior..she was like come accronding to our time. What is this behavior. Customer will visit according to our convenient. ND if the time is mentioned 9 to 5 then what's wrong in visiting at 10am. The representatives are not helpful at all. They have always server Prblm whenever I visit. I will never keep my gold in Maanapurm again. Worst experience and the worst customer service.

It's okay if you want to borrow money in exchange for gold. But but, they are running a scam and shelling out money from customers with some duping policies. Be careful if you are taking loans from them. They are clever and charge you unnecessarily for no reason.
