Worst customer service ! It feels like you are talking to stones and no eye contact! Very rude and quite workers there!

The worst experience ever! I live outside Nagaland . So in order to get anything done, I have to personally mail them to which they do not even reply. Neither pick calls, etc. Dimapur and Mokokchung are a thousand times better than kohima bazaar branch in terms of service. At least they reply to mails and calls. No use living in the capital city. This is why kohima is still a village in terms of infrastructure and very narrow minded in terms of mentality. If they don't improve upon their service, I'm sure after a decade they will not have anyone opening sbi accounts from that very branch.

Customer care number has been out of service since the day I opened up my account. No means of contact between the branch and the customers. You have to be physically present at the branch office if you wanna make any contact
