It was a great place with lovely ambience and mouth watering food. They have a cute book store theme comprising of books from varied genres . The staff is really polite and well mannered. Very good services:)

One of my favourite places in Lucknow to hangout. Offers a plethora of books, covering every genre, along with super delicious food. My personal favourite is cafe latte (with complimentary small cookies)with spinach corn Sandwich. If you are looking to spend some quality time with family, friends, or even yourself, this place should be among the first places to visit.

Beautiful place, I have been there many times. The food never disappoints, the ambience is admirable, no one hovers over your head to order and to keep moving, and there are so many books around. Worth a visit. :)

Forgettable experience - This restaurant has the distinction of serving the worlds most unappetising sizzlers - Main course was served in 2 tranches 15 minutes apart. By the time we received the 2nd tranche, the 1st had become cold. - I was accompanied by 2 elders - mother & mother in law. They felt uncomfortable in the warm AC room as we broke into a sweat. Our request for change of table where we could get direct blast from the AC was summarily declined. This despite the fact that the table we requested for remained empty till we departed from the restaurant. Reason told to us was that it was reserved for another group! - When we shared our experience with the Manager - instead of accepting constructive feedback, he began defending the poor quality of service. Well if the man in charge is indifferent & insensitive to client service, what can one expect from his staff Net net, a rather poor & forgettable experience at Repertwahr! We shall not repeat the indiscretion of visiting this restaurant again ☹️ PS : I have consciously abstained from naming any of the staff since I don’t want any specific individual to be reprimanded or harmed. My intention of sharing this feedback is for the owners to know the ground reality at the restaurant. You have invested your time and money in creating a classy restaurant ..... it will be unfortunate for you to lose clients due to the inadequate service offered by your team.

Very nice.. Staff is good, for a little peace of mind and to avoid noise of city it is a good to visit place.
