CHARMS BEAUTY SPA

I visit charms often. I never visit any other parlour in kakinada other than charms because first off all , the place is super clean and everyone was separated wearing masks so I felt super safe there with COVID happening still. Vani Aunty who is the supervisor there she was amazing, very kind, listened to and clarified what I wanted. All the girls who do service there are sanitizing their hands well before starting the service. They were so kind and so quick!! The whole experience was great.

They were very professional. I'm new to kakinada and service is so good.

we visited for ear piercing of my 3 year old daughter. Procedure was explained in detailed. Ear piercing was carried by well trained staff with gun shot very precisely and smoothly without pain. Happy with the service availed. Highly recommended

This is to the so called owner of Charms and people who would like to visit the parlour. During this pandemic you guys absolutely don't follow safety precautions, poor service. You don't even have manners to receive the customers. Do you think it's easy to come out in this tough times and waste time at your parlour? I have waited for 45 min, no one has come and asked for what service we have come to parlour and then the so called owner has come and informed that their staff went out, we thought they might have gone for lunch, then again after some waiting I asked how much time will it take, she then said I can't tell you the time they went for makeup. You don't even have minimum manners to inform what's going on at your parlour do we need wait or not. Very bad experience with this parlour and the owner.nnI think better you take a course on what is customer service, instead of displaying your best beautician awards over there. They are absolutely of no use when you don't even have manners.nnHighly Don't Recommend!!

Today I had a tattoo in charms beauty spa it's was good experience with caring and I loved it. we can go freely to tattoo not only tattoo all the other treatments also very good they are taking good precautions in this corona time no worries so I'll recommend you charms for good experience .
