I'm a new customer since yesterday and made already two phone calls,and people from big basket were unfriendly and unhelpful. I also placed an order yesterday and then received an e-mail that delivery times have been changed without asking me. What a rubbish organisation!!!

Stale and horrible fruits . Strongly recommend not to buy. They people are full on cheaters .nThere priorities are money not quality.nPoor products.

It is not a retail store. It is big basket warehouse from where big basket supplies its product to the customers.nA litle Costly and stale products.
