DMW Golf Course

Very nice place for workout. Apart from golf course, it consists a gym(only for railway players), cricket ground, cricket nets, and you will definitely enjoy the greenery here.

The place is a good one to go for a walk or for a stroll. It is very well maintained by the Railway authorities. The lawn is taken care of very well. You have a nice feeling when you go in the lawn and have a walk. The scenery and connection with nature will do good to your life.nnThe sad part is that you can enter the lawn only once to see, but if you go regularly you have to pay a yearly fee. I think the yearly fee is ₹1,200/-. That is quite a lot. If you go regularly in, then the security will ask you as to whether you have paid the membership fee. Only those who work in the (Diesel Locomotive Modernisation Works, Patiala)DMW or their family can have entry into the lawn.nnIt would be my humble request to make the entry fee free for all the people.
