Today, I had a very pleasant experience, when I visited my home branch for withdrawing money. Everything was being done in a systemized manner and public was very well attended to. Adequate staff was deputed to cater to an unprecedented rush, due to recent demonetization order and public was properly guided by the staff and even non customers seemed to be satisfied. There was no VIP culture and even the BM was standing in queue to deposit his cash. The staff was courteous and well behaved, even under pressing and stressful circumstances.
