They told about the packing is outsourced and will cost 1000₹ for a bike. Average packing. My bike was an RX100 and the numberplate and the backlight was broken. Payed 5500₹ for Delivery to Kozhikkode, Kerala. Still I given 3 star, because they delivered it in one piece.

Most of my stuffs booked through parcel broke and somethings went missing too. The staff's cooperation is good however it is good to only use courier services when you r sending your materials in iron boxes.
