Following from last one year for payout on policy issuance but no one including the agency manager Mr Deepak and Mr Chandan Singh Bhati are not responding. Star Health customers support team and agency care team too not supporting in any manner. Please don’t go with STAR their services are pathetic.
Terrible insurance company staff and agent are non coperetive.
