I spent my weekend here on the occasion of my niece's birthday. We did not actually Booked the place it was just a get together. But to my surprise the hotel staff themselves voluntarily decorated a dorm in their garden for the celebration. It was really nice gesture reflecting their hospitality skills. Other things that I would like to put up here-n1. The rooms are divided into categories but you wouldn't be disappointed.n2. They assure you the cleanest and hygienic rooms.n3. The restaurant offers different delicacies and something that I liked the most was the breakfast buffet.n4. They will always be glad to help you out.n5. The staff is very particularly about their services. They will provide you the best possible.n6. They will sanitize your luggage and the staff is always wearing mask as well as gloves.nnSo overall I am happy with my stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I must say it was not an extraordinary property but the experience was extraordinary.nnI stayed in Ananta prior to this, but this was much much better.nnRoom - very spacious and the bath tub and swing was a cherry on the cake.nnFood - we had an all meal plan so had an overall variety of experience with the food.nnNot a single meal was bad. The food was extremely good.nnPool - The pool is big enough and they have food and bar service near it. Also they have cycles which was available for free.nnCultural program - They have a local singer every evening. It was good but felt repetitive as both days it was the same.nnStaff - Front staff, restaurant staff was super helpful and would take care of your every need. Pool side staff service needs improvement.nnSpecial mention for sushmita who assisted us with the gaming centre and interacted a lot with our kid. Her extra efforts made us have a good time there.nnOverall a 5* experience.

The property is neat and clean. It is well maintained and food quality is good. Rooms are very spacious. We had some issues on reaching there but staff was quick enough to rectify them and the overall experience was very satisfactory. Local artists perform in the evening. Will surely recommend for a weekend getaway!!

The property is nice. Huge green area, with pool, pretty views, very helpful staff.nThough the star they lost was because the rooms did not give that crisp , neat, hygienic feel, that we expect at a 5 star hotel !
