I'll tell you the story of concrete building with glass, putty and tiles work. I have gone with our new born baby after 2 days of discharge, she was having little jaundice. OPD is in basement 1, having separate Lift. After checking, doctor has asked me to have TCB test of baby at 4th floor, I left my wife in OPD(who had c section 6 days back), I had proceeded with my baby for said test, there were no one else with me.Because of corona only 1 attendant is allowed. See the chronology: 1)After the billing at basement 1, I came to ground floor. 2)Change the lift and gone to 4th floor. TCB reading was alarming, they asked me to do the TSB. 3)Came to ground floor, change the lift gone to basement 1 for TSB billing. 4)Done the billing at basement 1, came to ground floor 5)Change the lift, gone to 4th floor to give baby's blood sample.they took the sample and handed over to me and asked to go to pathology (basement 2) . 6)For going to basement 2,First I have to come to ground floor change the lift, gone to basement 2 (pathology dept.) for handing over the sample. 8)Came to basement-1 then came to ground floor. Finally Exit from MAZE. There is NO administration and management. You can have billing at Help desk. And sample collection at OPD. You are already charging hefty amount. There is some scam with Health insurance companies, i have seen they are inflating the bills. First: there is 2 type of doctors , only one is coming to check the patient but they are charging for both. Like main doc is 2000 for 1 min visit. And 1000 for other doctor. Second: consumables i.e. mask, gloves sanitizer, bandages etc etc which have rarely seen, cost around 17000. Third: there is fee for operation theater and separate fee for its equipments(seriously!!!! means without equipments its just a room, not operation theater) Fourth: they tried for normal delivery when it was not happening, they ask me what to do, i told them do not try more do the operation. When i saw the bill, they have invoke the EMERGENCY, WHICH COST ME 11500 RUPEES, just like that . So my suggestion is COME TO APOLLO ONLY IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE. It is excluded the corporate plan which is having some limit. Stay healthy stay safe. Thank you.

My experience with Apollomedics has been amazing. A bench mark has been set by this hospital in lucknow which will not only benefit the city but even the people from different part of the state. The hospital is well equipped with all latest & sophisticated technologies which makes it the best in the city. They even have one of the best panel of doctors who care and understand the concerns of the patients. Doctors and medications are one of the biggest forte of Apollomedics. When it comes to general staff, the team is very polite and courteous. During our appointment, we met Mohit who is one of the senior management personnel. As there were series of appointments and tests which were to be conducted in the hospital, Mohit ensured that his presence and assistance should be there with us through out till the time we were there. Hence, one can expect the best customer service in Apollomedics. This was are second visit to Apollomedics and was once again a memorable one. I wish all my readers a good health and a healthy life. As hospital is not a place which can be frequently visited unlike hotels and restaurants, yet if there is a medical exigency then Apollomedics is the best choice which you have.

Excellent experience. I admitted my father after discharing from other hospital as his condition was deteriorating. He was feeling breathlessness and chest infection was there due to viral infection. They started the treatment right from the moment we entered the building. They did covid test which any other hospital at this time will do but the required treatment started even before coming the result and assured us to cooperate and get him admitted if result comes positive. His result for covid was negative and he was under observation as his oxygen level was very low. But here I want to say that he could have been shifted to ward also as only oxygen can also given there also. But treatment was going excellent. They shifted to ward after we insisted which was quick and hassle free. Food was given at right time, medicine was given at right, doctors visited regularly. Dietitian, physiotherapist all were regular. Infection was reduced and patches were sharply decreased. Oxygen was removed on third day itself. His oxygen came to normal very quickly. Behavior of all people right from the cleaning staff to doctors is excellent. Doctors listened whole thing patiently and answer every questions we asked. They discharged on 5th day. I admitted him on 30 August in midnight and they provided treatment even at that time of the day. My father came on wheel chair and he moved out on his own leg. Very pleased. Thanks to all the staff.

Money makers.....even this 4.7 star may also be paid...giving false covid reports and playing with lifes....
