Poor service. They do not deliver at home. I was at home both times and they mentioned it as missed you at home and did not deliver the parcel. They did not even bother to call me.nStill it is undelivered.

I had ordered some household items from Amazon which was to be delivered by Blue Dart. I got message from Bluedart that parcel will be delivered on 10.09.2020, I waited all day for the parcel to arrive but they neither delivered my parcel nor contacted me for delivering my parcel. Next day upon checking with blue dart customer care service, I was informed that parcel couldn't get delivered since I was not at home. Very poor service. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied with the quality of service.

Bad experience with bludeart pali.first of all you don't get proper response. Suppose somehow u manage to connect to them then they will say there was no one to deliver package.Many excuses like not able to connect ,it's too far blah blah.nFinally i had to send someone to collect the package from office.

Next daynupon checking with blue dartnCustomer care service, I wasninformed that parcel couldn't getndelivered since I was not at home.nVery poor service.

Very bad service always late even my shipment is on priority request even I pay extra for priority but very bad experience they message for we will deliver today but didn’t deliver and abusing language worst service there is no option in points otherwise they deserve rating in points
