Service very good. Seat arrangements and inside arrangements are very nice. But under loading luggage are jumping during travel so noice comes on lower birth . Otherwise good service. Keep it up

In recent times it have started plying on singampunari route. Then, becoming a regular traveler to this bus. Awesome service with great customer service. Given biscuits, water bottle,and lot of amenities as well.

Best bus with affordable price. Most of the time they maintain the schedule. You will get onboarding kit which have snacks, tissue paper and wet wipes. Which is awesome. Both Sivagangai and Rameswaram buses are brand new. Suspension of the bus is good on GST but when bus turn out of GST I don't feel that comfort, it jumps bit when you take upper births. Staff behaviour is awesome. Sometimes bus tracking is not working, but you will get call from driver 20 minutes ahead of your boarding point. In overall, JET Bus is one of the best buses in this route.
