I have purchased LG 1.5 ton 5 * AC in Sathya on 3rd Apr. They have promised to deliver the AC on 4th Apr. On 4th Apr from the morning I have called for more than 20 times. But only once they pick my call (after making continuous call inspite of they disconnecting my call) and promised to deliver before 6 PM. But they have not delivered the product. If they can't keep their promise on the very first day. How are they going to keep their other promises made while doing the purchase. I made a very big mistake of purchasing in Sathya. We have the same product in other shops, why to buy only in Sathya....? No use.. waste of time

I purchased an AC yesterday in Thanjavur satya..salesman mentality is same old .. concentrate on sales .. post which who you are attitude..no intimation on what time you will get the delivery and kumaravel is a person who never pickvtick the call or respond. The branch manager should have taken care but no idea he is aware.Arun the other guy is good responding atleast but can't help much. In the end they didn't keep the promise to install on the said day. Pathetic.. Lot of scope for improvement ... Dealing with customer please don't give false promises ud83dude4f

Please update the location on map. It is showing in pookara street. Wasted 30 min of my time. Products are fine. Discounts are available .nnP.s it is a jam packed street so going by car is not an option.

Good products and good service lot of exciting prices I bought a new lg air conditioner is so good I want to buy a more products
