My mom was out of town on Mother's Day and I wanted to do something special for her. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. She loved the arrangement! The flowers were beautiful and in the color scheme I had requested. Thank you for helping me celebrate with my mom, even from a distance!!

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday early in the week (her birthday was on Friday.) I paid over $120 for a premium bouquet plus delivery fees to get her something special.nnThe day of her birthday I called their store at noon to make sure the flowers were sent. A woman picked up the phone and completely brushed me off and told me they had three delivery trucks out, so it was out of her hands at this point.nnThe flowers were not delivered on the day I paid for. I called the store the next day and spoke with Brian. He was at least very friendly and apologetic and told me the delivery truck had not gotten there in time.nnThe bouquet that did get delivered was nice, but didn’t look at all like the photo on their website (“Flourishing Beauty Bouquet” - Premium), as a heads up. You can’t see the succulents like on the site and there are only a few roses.nnIn all, I was pretty disappointed by the experience and that my mom didn’t get anything on her birthday. I would have hoped that they would have offered something as a point of customer service when I called to tell them the flowers never got there but was only offered the option to get a refund with no flowers.

We needed flowers for our destination wedding. Lindy, the wedding coordinator made the process seem effortless as the entire process was done over the phone and email. The flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. Not only did they deliver on Sunday , I made a mistake in the delivery time , the person delivering waited 45 minutes for me to return to my hotel to make sure her part in our special day was perfect! Definetely went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I have to agree with the previous client, Louise; I was very disappointed with the bouquet that was arranged for my mother for Mother’s Day. I understand this was a last minute request, but if you were running out of flowers which looks like you did, you should never have taken the order. I paid premium rate of $100 for something that was second rate. In addition, I had them sent the hotel for my mother, there was no card so she had to ask me who sent them and there was no additional plant food to try and keep these $100 flowers alive. I really wanted this to be special...........

WOW .... I gave Bryan, the owner, an idea of what I wanted and price I wanted to pay and he NAILED IT! My client got the most GORGEOUS, UNIQUE arrangement delivered for their home closing! Thanks so much!
