Horrible customer service! I contacted country florist last week for an estimate on a few funeral flower arrangements. The gal provided me with their email in order to receive an estimate. I had not heard back from them so decided to reach out today. I spoke with a gal and asked if they had received my email, and if they would be able to provide me with an estimate. The gal transferred the call to a gentleman who started the conversation by stating he responded to my email that same day. When I tried telling him I did not receive the email, and asked for an estimate, he rudely proceeded to once again tell me he sent the email with the information. Its disappointing how some people can be so heartless.

Kevin and his team are amazing to work with! We use the Country Florist on a weekly basis and these flowers are always on time and look amazing! Kevin goes to the market weekly getting the freshest and the best flowers. Highly recommend this florist!

I am writing this review in spite of the incorrect delivery date of the flowers I sent for my sister's birthday. The flowers were lovely but most importantly the owners reached out and apologized for the early delivery. There is something to be said about a family owned business. They offered to resend flowers but I thought it's better to have gotten them early rather than late. Thanks for your caring professionalism. I'll be using The Country Florist for my needs in the future!
