Beautiful florals and a fantastic team! They made ordering a breeze and were fun to converse with. The flowers that were delivered were all beautiful and new. In addition, the service was reasonably priced. This is a spot that I strongly suggest.

Bait and switch. Don't bother spending any time trying to find the perfect flowers, this shop just sends whatever they want. Here are pics of what I ordered and what was sent. At least they got the color right. I'm also complaining to Teleflora and making sure they never use this florist for my orders again.

Called ahead to see if they could create a last-minute custom bouquet for pickup—City Flowers was super fast, accommodating, and nailed what we wanted. We were surprised and delighted to see such unique flowers and greens in the arrangement as well! We look forward to ordering from them again.

I have bought flowers for my wife exclusively here for the past couple years based on a recommendation from a friend who buys in volume for clients. They have always been luxurious and textural, as well as punctual and professional.nThis year on our anniversary, there was a mix up on the order. I emailed them to let them know and they scheduled to come to the house to swap them out. The timing was delayed and it did not happen according to schedule, but did happen. I didn't want to make a big deal about it considering life's circumstances right now, so decided to let it go.nJohn at City Flowers took it upon himself to contact me directly and make it all 100% right. He didn't have to - we both would have gone on just fine, but he took to the time to get personally involved during a busy and uncertain time. It's nice to have small town values show up in the big city.nnCustomer for life.

The ONLY florist for my events and special occasions. As an event planner, I have kissed many frogs. John and City Flowers has always overdelivered. His arrangements have a level of sophistication that no other florist has delivered. Gorgeous arrangements, professional service, and happy recipients and guests are what you get here. J’adore.
