We had issues with the the first delivery of the sofa and after persistent follow up for three months the old sofa ultimately had been replaced.nnmister Naresh Bhati was very helpful in getting the sofa replaced and the technician Mr. Girish Kumar who came to install rest of it was excellent.nnQuite satisfied with the product and the overall service.nnKeep it up. ud83dude00ud83dude00ud83dude00ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Extremely BAD After sales service. I had purchased Dining Chairs 2 years ago. The quality of foam is very bad and is compressed to the limit that the wooded block below is hurting. Now we are asking for repair and getting false promises. It has been more than a month and neither customer care nor store staff is ready to look into the matter. I will not recommend purchasing any product from EVOK...

Bought a 6 seater dining table and study table and chair worth 74k with a commitment that will get delivery within a week. But after 4 days while checking was informed by the store incharge that it'll take another week for delivery.nThat's pathetic! Selling products with the wrong commitment. To make the things worse, store manager and salesperson stop taking my calls.nWould never recommend this store to anyone in my life and hope to get delayed delivery of my productsnnIt's seriously getting messi ! After waiting for almost 2 weeks for one of the products (study table) what I get to know from the staff is that it'll take another one week for the product to get delivered.nSeriously ?? Also as a consolation what staff offered me was that they can arrange for refund if I need it now as they cannot do anything if the product is not available.nThat's incredible way of selling I believe ud83dude44nI'm decided that I'm not gonna purchase EVOK products any further in my life ud83euddec

A very good showroom for furniture managed by very good and well-mannered staff. Good execution of delivery of furniture. Good variety of furniture products displayed well and neatly put. Thank you for all your efforts.
