The service here is mostly good but the reception staff always said that no offers are available on VLCC even if I got he voucher code from HDFC Bank or directly from VLCC. The same offers can be used in other VLCC stores but not here just because the staff was not aware of them. There must be lack of communication among their higher management.nThere was an offer of 50%off and others got the offer without booking but I was denied the offer as I came after booking appointment two days earlier. I had to pay 100% just because I booked an appointment earlier.

LOCATION -nIt is in Banda district of U.P., just opposite to famous Kali Devi temple near Babulal chauraha on the main road highway.Babulal chauraha is the most busiest & crowdy place of city and also having busy market area around this all time.nnSTRUCTURE & SPACE -nHaving well build building and big in size, looking good from front side.Design and architecture of building is all good,having enough & good space in the premises and inside.Also you can wait in the reception room,can read several magazines placed over there while sitting & waiting there for someone.Fully air-conditioned.nnSTAFF & FACILITY -nStaff is good and very cooperative.In the reception room they provide you all details about any query.Facilities available for both males & females,its Unisex salon.One good facility is you can book your appointment on the phone call here. Services are overall very good.Total staff is well trained, having good expertise.Provide satisfactory services.Also you can buy beauty products from here according to your problem & need.nnPARKING -nThe parking area is Ok. On the main roadside itself you can park your vehicle safely. No dedicated area for parking.You can park your car or bike in the roadside. As the road is main highway towards Allahabad, so its very busy all the time, for safety i would suggest try to park your vehicle down the road if possible.
