If you're planning on buying anything from here,don't. Unreasonably priced terribly build products, particularly furniture. You'll be better off buying from amazon or flipkart.nIf you're worried product from amazon might be faulty, rest assured that products at prem gadha are definitely faulty.nAnd again, this is particularly true for wooden furniture like tables, chairs, cupboards etc. Even branded cupboards from prem gadha seem to be made out of cardboard.

Very unprofessional people, owner is very rude. If you live in metro city and expect same kind of service here then it will be huge disappointment for you. I feel due to limited option in Jaunpur made this shop owner very arrogant and rude. I bought a bed for 25k and within 6 month it started degrading, the ply of bed are coming out, I see gaps between drawers of bed. When I called to inquire about servicing of it, he banged the phone saying we do not provide any warranty or guarantee. Seriously?? I was shocked. That was my first and last mistake. I will never ever visit this shop again' and will not let any of my relatives also. shame on you

Not customer centric....my first experience was not good ...had a long conversation on getting the new product in the place of faulty one..nnOwner wanted to sale the faulty one after reparing it instead of giving new product ..
