Archaeological department assistant wonderful job of bringing important sculptures and putting them in one place... This should be the first place to visit get an idea of what to see.. and then go about saying the entire Hampi... If the invaders continue to rule India Devra continued ravaging more such structures, on the spread of South India.... We now have collective responsibility 2 refurbish, 2 rebuild & protect all our sculptures...

Awesome, I request all the Parents of Indian to bring your children to hampi and make them understand and to see the history of Vijayanagara Kingdom. Where we can see lot of monuments and can enjoy a lot.

Recommended museum to visit before you start tour to Hampi in and around. You'll get an idea where and what to see. Also museum contains some of the best sculptures and artifacts got from the excavation work done by ASI. It is painful to see that so many beautiful idols has been destroyed by the Muslim invaders that time.
