Dr. Shashwat is polite, professional and precise in his treatment. His diagnosis is very accurate and his explanation gives confidence to go through the treatment. He has treated me for two different problems and both were accidental injuries. I could feel improvement just by physical movements given by him and by other therapies and prescribed exercises I recovered in 10-15 days. It was a very nice experience and I miss his consultation and treatment whenever I am in need as I have relocated. I highly recommend him for any kind of physio related treatment.nnHe is genuine in his behaviour and he really cares for the patients. I am yet to experience such selfless attitude in another physiotherapist till now! I wish best of luck to him and a future full of success which he deserves.

I have neck pain condition for some years now and have consulted many PTs over the years. However, I must say I haven't got the level of expertise I got at Dr Shashwat's clinic ever. His skill set is outstanding, his ability to analyse muscle pain as well as give the correct treatment is par excellence. He has a very clean, hygienic and well maintained clinic, with some of the best equipments. His own skills at Manual Therapy are unmatched.nnDuring such times of COVID pandemic when most people(and doctor clinics) have relaxed or stopped Masks and Sanitation, he frequently keeps his workplace sanitised and maintains all Covid related precautions too!nnOverall, I would highly recommend his place over others in the region. Dr. Shashwat Prakash (Physio4U Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic) is a young and energetic doctor with a lot of experience and an envious educational background. His people skills are awesome. Due to 1 full year of working from home on laptop, I had contracted frozen shoulder. By the time, I came back to Lucknow and consulted Dr. Prakash, I had a lot of pain and the movement in the left shoulder was almost completely restricted. He diagnosed me well and in a course of 10-11 days, helped me to gain approx. 90% movement. He recommended a few easy-to-perform exercises which I continue to do even after moving to another city. Given his availability, he is also accessible for online help, which I think, is a great & empathetic gesture. I saw him interacting with all his patients nicely during my visits. Dr. Shashwat Prakash has an advanced setup and his clinic is easily accessible on the main Indira Nagar road, 200 mt. from Bhootnath Market in Lucknow. Highly recommended by me.

He and his assistant Junaid are very professional and they really look forward to relieve you from pain.nnI had Anterior Pelvic Tilt problem which was diagnosed by Dr. Shashwat on day 1 of my visit, he told me that my problem is a mechanical problem which could be treated and cured within 10-15 sessions of Physiotherapy and after all these sessions I felt my back problem was 90% gone and for rest 10% he told me to do exercises at home for next 6 months and I'll get better.nnI was also suffering from severe pain in my shoulder, chest and biceps region since last 4 years due to an injury during workout. I had done MRIs, Ultrasound, X-rays but no one could diagnose my problem and my last option was Arthroscopic surgery.nI never went for the surgery and started living with the pain but when my Pelvic problem was cured by Dr. Shashwat, I showed him my shoulder and after examining it, he told me that I have many Trigger points and bands (Myofascial Pain Syndrome) which can be released by sessions of Cupping, Dry Needling, Massage and Exercises, so I started my shoulder sessions, I had around 7 dry needling sessions where he released many trigger points from my arm and I could feel the relief as the stiffness and pain from my arm started to fade away after every session and after 14-15 physio sessions my arm is almost 85-90% cured and for the rest I have to exercise daily for at least 3-4 months and meanwhile if I need any assistance in between, the Doctor is always available on call as well as on whatsapp.nnWell from my experience I can really say that Dr. Shashwat is an outstanding Physiotherapist, he is someone who is very professional and honest towards his work and he really tries hard to relieve you from your pain. I will surely recommend to visit him once if you're looking for any sort of pain relief.
