THERE ARE NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION OR VALID REASONS FOR CANCELING OF THE FLIGHT. MOREEVER YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING CUSTOMER COMFORTS EXCEPT REFUND. THAT ALL ARE HAPPENING JUST 24 HOURS BEFORE OR AT THE LAST MOMENT OF TRAVELLING.nTOTALLY UNJUSTICE.nnI BOOKED TKT FROM LKO TO MANGALORE WITH PNR – YFBRYX SCHEDULED ON 22 -05-2021 WHICH WAS CANCELLED SIMPLY STATING THAT OPERATION REASON. FURTHER NO ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE OR ACCOMADE ME IN OTHER FLIGHT. WHILE I ASKED TO CHANGE DESTINATION AND ACCOMADE ME IN OTHER FLIGHT WHERE YOU OPERATING, WAS DENIED.nALSO COMPLAINING ON CUSTOMER CARE, ONE LADY NAMED ‘RAGINI’ MADE MY PHONE ON HOLD ABOUT TWO HOURS WITHOUT COMING TO ANY CONCRETE SOULUTIONS. THE CUSTOER CARE PEOPLE ALSO NOT READY TO LODGE A COMPLAIN IN THIS REGARDS. NOT EVEN GIVEN ANY OPPORTUNITY TO PASS ON THE CALL TO THEIR SENIORS . EVEN THE SENIORS OR OPERATIONAL PEOPLE DON’T REVERT BACK WHILE PROMOSING OVER PHONE ALSO.nHOWEVER THE CALL IS BEING RECORDED BUT NO USE OF THIS TO RESOLVE SUCH ISSUES.nSUGGESTION- BETTER TO STOP YOUR SERVICES IF NOT ABLE TO MANAGE CUSTOMER’S COMFORT.

The worst service ever. Customer care cant be reached. They dont reply on mail. Never choose this airline

Gave 1 star because less than one is not the optionnWorst service.. not pliable to time. Change schedule for single flight almost 3-4 times and then in place of 2 hr flight they give 7 hr flight. Will never go by this service ever again

Worst airline, never choose this for travell.. Dont ever choose this airline for flying.. Very worst service and they cancelled my flight and not giving refund.. They did it to many of the persons to whom i know personally...nOnce again please avoid choosing GO AIR for teavelling... Worst experience...

my loveliest plane company in india after indigo because they both are loook good and i love there welcome and those who are saying to go air that customer service are poor so in this i will say that dont hate this you can bought from anywhere from the airport there cromembers are also sad after reading your comments if they closed then how other people travel by this airplane and i will say to go air that please water service frommy words and you grow more, having smile on your face thank you for reading my love go air members
