Worst Courier Company ever. The delivery boy don't know 80% of the addresses. He will call you only once and if you are unable to answer due to network problem he will simply return the parcel saying Consignee out of station. Even India Post is better than this.

The worst service one can ever have. The customer care is the worst thing I have seen. The delivery service is inefficient. They ask the customers to pick up their stuff. I have placed a complain against the service, but they are ignorant.

When parcel reach Jalpaiguri office take 3-4 days minimum to deliver it within Jalpaiguri. Show attitude towards customer and threatens them that they throw away their parcel outside and to deliver it they ask for extra money as chargers

Once it's reach at the Jalpaiguri Blue Dart, just forget that you have any package. They will take hell lot of time to deliver. No phone number available. Really pathetic service. Even Indian Post is far better than them.
