Workers are not at all experienced. Went for simple hair cut and they destroyed it with their special skill.. Price is also too high..nFor me please dont visit the store until they hire some professional people.

I called and took appointment at 6. Upon visiting they told me I need to wait for 10-15 min, I was okay.. then noone was at the reception to attend us, again at 6:25 when I asked a worker how much long it will take again they told me 15 min. How unprofessional it is.. what is the meaning of taking appointment if you can't serve your customer even after 25 min.. Is there no value of a customer's time!?!?

Location is good. Interiors are good. Staff needs to be more professional. They charge 700 for ladies' basic haircut which is inexorbitantly high. I have been to Habib's Salon in Kolkata. They offer much more professional service for Rs. 500. Lakme needs to work on that.

I went for haircut & spa..then also did detan & facial..service is good with skilled staff..I booked my appointment 30mins before and got the service without any delay..must visit

I am a regular customer of Lakme salon , my experience with this salon is highly satisfactory, staffs behavior are also very good, quality of work is also very admirable specially with Sanju and sarwan
