It's a Rock museum. Only one museum like this in Asian region. The museum was not that big but it was beautiful enough to see. There were various kinds of rocks and it connects with past histories.

The initiative is great! But the collections need to be labeled and organized. I majored in a subject where i studied rock sciences, so i could distinct some of the rock samples of the museum. But without proper labelling and small description, the rocks are just mere stones to the general tourists. Authorities should consult an expert in rock science and organize their collection.

One of the most popular place in Panchagarh also the only Rocks Museun in Country. Lot's of historical objects there.And I think this is the only museum which allow to take pictures ud83dude02.But It's playing a very important role to know our history.I loved this place too much.

Thousands of tourists and researchers from home and abroad visit the Rocks Museum at Panchagarh Government Women's College every year. The Rocks Museum is arranged around a two-storey building of this college. The open space in front of the building has also been used for exhibition.nnThose who are interested can see this variety with their own eyes. If they want, they can visit this rocks museum.nnThe museum has archeological specimens with various shaped stones of thousands of years. One of the attractions of this museum of stone is a traditional dinghy in the shape of a huge shawl tree.
