I am greatly disappointed with my recent experience with the so-called one and only 'multiplex theatre' of the town. One of the staff members was pretty rude to me. She shouted at me for carrying a water bottle. When I asked her to get me water instead, since I drink water frequently and also because the movie had already started, she turned me away. She instead was forcing me to purchase water from one of the kiosks outside. What kind of professional behavior is this, may I know? I was completely shaken by her behavior as it was least expected. As a non-resident Bengali, I had never faced this kind of issue ever in any of the multiplexes outside, be it in Bangalore or Delhi, or Hyderabad.nI therefore sincerely request the management to train their staff to BEHAVE properly. When I say behave, I mean to say that they should be well trained to be courteous, gentle, and polite with their customers and NOT LOSE THEIR COOL at any cost.nAlso, as a customer, I urge the management to have a look at the existing policy and make some amendments to it. Not allowing water bottles from outside is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I understand, outside food is not allowed and that is prevalent across all the theatres in this country I am sure. But I don't see the same anywhere when it comes to carrying water bottles.nPlease keep the current COVID situation, comorbid condition, and age of a customer in mind. A person may NOT be comfortable consuming outside water. Also, purchasing/ consuming outside water is someone's personal choice and should not be enforced. Besides, it is quite difficult for someone like me (who needs to drink water frequently) to come out again and again leaving the movie midway just to drink some water. If this gets repeated, I promise never to visit your theatre again.

Worst online services.... And i really want that svf should take action against this guys.... They are too rude.... They are like tickets online check karo.... It's really do nice at all. I have shopped and watch movies many times. Really it's great for all services.
