Electric office not so good, their behaviour is very rude, This road actual Name is SF (Station Fedder) Road, it's nice and wide road with all types of facilities, street food of this Road is fabulous and famous in Siliguri town. City police station is located at the first point of the road and a flyover started for the next area, and other end point is Jalpai more.

The office is very big but the service is not upto mark. You just have to go from one table to another to get your problem solved. And then also your complaint is not solved. Also the staff need to behave properly and speak politely to their customers so that they get respect in return.

Nobody in the office is receiving the phone.in our money they are getting their salary but they are so irresponsible, that they dont bothered to rec the phone. All nonsense who are sitting in the office.
