I appreciated this service. They are prompt and so easy to communicate with. They did a great job. I will use them again and again. I took 1 star off because the clothes were folded but wet and they didn't say. So just know the clothes might be wet. They are a terrific service.

DON'T GO THERE!nFirst, we had an agreement that he would deliver our clothes on Thursday. Nobody. I couldn't reach him. Finally I did, a few hours later, and he promised to bring it Friday morning. Since we had to catch our plane, I asked him to be in time. He didn't arrive. He came an hour later. Our clothes were moist. No time to check if everything was there.nnOn our way to the airport, he called me to let me know that he had forgotten one shorts, but that he would send it through mail to our home address. Next day he sent me an app, confirming to he had sent my shorts by Indian mail. I asked him if he could sent me an receipt of the sending.nnHe promised to send me an app of the receipt. I never received it. Every time I asked him through whatsapp, he came up with an excuse. It has been three months now. Still haven't received my shorts. I'll never will. He has been lying to me all the time.

I am very pleased with the service of Miles away Laundry service. I expressed a need for a large amount of clothing to be cleaned as quickly as possible. Not only did they clean it in a record amount of time, it was pressed, folded perfectly and hand delivered to my hotel room. Being away from home now for nearly a year I can't expressed how nice it can be to have clothes I know we're cleaned properly. Very professional and exceptional cost considering the level of service.

Very nice couple. Good service. Reasonable price. They also take care of dogs and have 9 adorable puppies running around which are all very cute. Recommend.

Quick service and kind staff.nnThe worker drove me to my hostel, waited while I pack my laundry and drove me back to where I needed. Couple of hours later my clothes were clean (thought I gave them really dirty) and smelling fresh.nThe service was great thus a bit pricey. Cute dogs. :)
