Clothes came back damp and smelling very bad indeed. Very unfriendly staff too. Expensive too for Asia.

We made sure that they did not use bleach in the washing detergent before leaving the clothes here. When we picked up the clothes, both black jeans and black sweater had bleach marks and they were totally washed out (clothes had been washed many times before and always kept the color well). Inside all the clothes there was dry leaves and they were in general dusty. I guess clothes had fallen to the ground and they didn't care to remove the dirt.nThe towels were smelling very bad and we had to give them to another laundry to wash them again.nIf you care about your clothes, don't give them to this laundry.

Terrible business. I arranged with the owner to drop off the laundry before heading out. When I arrived at the laundry, there were four kids watching TV, none of whom were able to provide any help.
