Best possible property but very bad service. Staff is courteous but there's no geyser in the bathroom, room telephone does not work, the phone numbers on the menu in the room are non-existent. So every time you need something you have to climb up and down the stairs because lift is not working. Food is terrible too. Bottom line : horrible experience!

Charging plugs are not available. In room no.103 plug is removed from near mirror. Bedsheets are very dirty.nLocation is wonderful. Staff is very courteous. Cleaniness required.

Good location, right on the ghat. Great vegetarian food.nThings to improve: Rooms need rennovation.

The best part of this place is the location. Right on the ghat (the quieter one) it's peaceful. The room was decent enough.

Nice place for Ganga snan.. Overpriced a little.. Government property maintained just fine. But very good location for Ganga snan!
