Worst Place. Too expensive. Hopeless Staffs

The only n one Lounge at Rishikesh and Haridwar ... Nice place for Hangout ...

Had last night dinner here as we were on business meeting, this place was nice with luxury amenities & cleanses. service was good & perfect tadka was recommendation by manager Mr, bhatt paneer hara masala thank you so much for your recommendation Mr, Bhatt. we will visit soon.

1. Onions: they were stale so we asked for fresh onions. The server washed the onions and brought it back. When we told him that was wrong and to bring fresh onions, he took the onions and brought nothing back.nn2. Chicken: One of the tables of our group came early, ordered the chicken, appreciated it, so we ordered it too. The server brought a super watered down version of that chicken. When confronted, he said “it’s the same chicken sir, don’t know what you’re talking about”nn3. Service: granted we were a big group of 18, we were also the only customers in the restaurant and the service was horrendous. More so, their strategy was horrible. Hot water didn’t arrive until minute 45, the server brought the dal and chicken on all tables but no rotis for another 20 mins. When he did, he only brought rotis, and said we “haven’t ordered naan, I’ll put in the order now”. Even so, while we waited for rotis, our food was now cold. Lachcha parantha that we ordered right in the beginning didn’t arrive until minute 55, when we were all done with our food.nn4. Staff: they made excuses, and did not acknowledge their snafu. He tried to convince us that the onion is fresh, the chicken gravy is thick, and all the rotis came out according to our order. The manager and staff made no apologies.nnHave fun, eat at your own risk!nnYellow dal was good though. Soups were average, garlic naan was good.
