Like no other massage I've ever had! Kind of a mixture of yoga and massage. You leave feeling loose, relaxed, and rejuvenated! Definitely the best massage ever!!

very nice and therapeutic massage/bodywork. I was actually struggling with some injury from another bodywork that I got several months ago back in my country..I was not really able to raise my right arm since then..as an yoga instructor myself, I was in a state of being concerned about my body and career, etc..thinking to myself if this will ever get better.nnI was getting some massages from other places while I was in Rishikesh that time..hoping that the injury would get better somehow..yet, there had not been such instant change until I found Marma therapy at Veda Holistic.nnI was surprised to see how it worked well for my body after first session..being able to do the postures next morning in my yoga practice that I had been putting aside for the last few months because of the injury.nnI could feel the value of this bodywork itself so I decided to learn the whole sequence and technique. It was very good to learn in details and recieve the bodywork in the learning process. The teacher/bodyworker is very professional understanding the body very well.nnAnyone who is interested in getting and learning this therapeutic bodywork in Rishikesh, I would recommend this place.
