Zero accountability and poor service quality. A lot of my stuff was missing/damaged when arrived. No one willing to take any responsibility either but the good thing is they won't charge you any less than well recognized service companies deviating from the original price list at the end moment, like a complimentary service.

I was fortunate that I opted for India packers and movers. They provided excellent and prompt help. The scenario was also tricky due to the present situation of a global pandemic racking the country and subsequent lockdown imposed all over the nation. But India packers were very professional about it all, taking care of all government imposed restrictions and suggested precautions they made it all work smoothly. For this I am highly thankful to them! They have an excellent team and I wish them good luck for all future ventures. Hope they keep up the good work.

Very bad experience. First of all they started asking more money than agreed amount at time of loading goods. The goods didn't reach on time. They were least concerned with where our delivery truck was. While unloading most of the goods were broken. Table plates all glass items were not packed properly. For unpacking they again asked for extra 4000. We had to pay at that time as they were threatening that they will not unpack. Upon long discussion, Dhanbad side packer said they will pay back. But we haven't received the payment yet.And now they have blocked our call. We chose this because it has such positive reviews on google. Worst service.
