Extremely bad experience with the shop as a first time customer. The owner and staff seemed to be polite at the time of purchasing but with time we got to experience the extreme rude and unprofessional behaviour of the owner and staff.nnI had submitted my Lehanga for stitching, and on the day of collecting the Lehanga they started claiming that I have already collected the Lehanga. They started arguing and shouting. They were not even ready to search for the Lehanga at their place. But after lots of argument and an intense search of a long time the Lehanga was found in there shop only. The owner and the staff was not even apologetic for the chaos they had created.nnNever visiting this place again !!

Nice but better shop available there

According to my personal experience,nI would suggestn''Never visit this store so called ''JUNO GARMENTS '', I repeat NEVER ''nnThey are extremely bad at their exchange policy and there is no refund policy too.nThe prices are too high and they earn more than 3000 profit.nThe staff and owner misbehaves with the customers.nCheck the bill too, they have weird exchange policy.nnSo Think before you visit this store!!!!

I live in Hyderabad today I visited the shop for some shopping and felt very bad on experiencing very rude behaviour of staff. It was just because of we wanted to remove one of the item and and re-bill it, they said it is an issue and there is no option to edit and started arguing with me.nnThough the ower of the shop is polite.nnFeedback, please train your staff how to deal with customers politely. You can see in the reviews many people has mentioned staff behaviour.
