Have been a very regular customer of Ajay Electronics. They provide customers an absolutely brilliant experience. Moreover, their staffs are well informed and helps greatly in making a product choice.

I recently purchased a window AC and a refrigerator. The experience was really smooth and easy. The staff here are very polite & helpful. They first listen to you, understand your requirements, and then recommend the product most suitable for you. Hence, choosing the right product was an easy, quick, and comfortable experience. I felt that it was worth visting the showroom as the overall experience seemed far easier than browsing through a hundred products online. The prices were reasonable too. On top of that installation of the products was a hassle free experience as well. The customer service was highly proactive and very professional. Later I realised that I needed to get stabilisers for the AC & Fridge. I just had to call the showroom and they got me the best stabilisers installed without me having to visit the showroom. I am really happy to give my feedback here and Ajay Electronics is definitely gonna be the first on my list whenever I need to buy electronic products.

Do not buy any products from this shop. If you want to replace or complain about your bought product they behave very rudely. Before buying behaviour of staffs are excellent, but when they sold those products they completely changed and I do not prefer to buy any thing for this shop. You should choose Parikh Sales (City Centre, Bank More, Saraidhela) or Star Marketing (Hirapur), Western Co.(Naya Bazar) etc. or any other shop. Reliance Digital is another good option. If no star will be available I will give him 0 star.
