This one is the worst branch having worst service, I never came across any branch with this kind of atmosphere. I myself is a officer in BOI and I have tried to close my account after getting irritated by their service. I tried but couldn't succeed in closing account because of their service. Worst experience ever. Especially, the staff named tiwary, i think the security guard is worst among them. I also lodged a compliant against him and branch.

This is nice bank of this area. Nice facility of this bank , but small bank, ground floor have a ud83cudfe7 ATM. Low technology of bank because here is no Lift and accelerator facility. But nice.

It is on the main road of purani bazaar Gomoh.nIt gives good service but the bank is too small.
