Nice staff and salesman. And good service centre.nThey call from their end and remind for free services.nNow that I have got my seltos serviced once, I can tell that after sales service also is good.nThey service manager insures fast and easy insurance claims.nnThey just need to increase the accesories stock at their service centre.nI could not get the accessories installed that I opted for due to unavailability.

Worst feeling ever. Promises are nothing for kia whatever Kia staff says are baseless.nnAfter waiting two months for kia seltros their staff says wait for a month more.nWhile ordering they had said that they will delivered to us in 15 days after that day turn around and it is 3 months till date what should I do I don't know.nnPlease don't believe their baseless words and them too.nnFeeling so bad today.nThousands times thumbs down for juhi kia moters (dhanbad).nnThey should not promise anything if they can't.

this 5 star is only for a salesman name pradip kumar. If you really ask me about other salesmen in kia dhanbad, then I would say, they are not quite interested in selling car, because they know that kia is in demand and they don't have to put extra efforts to gain the confidence of customer. Their attitude is like lena h toh loh warna niklo. But this pradip, put his soul towards selling car, he takes care of all your need, and makes you feel like a family, with whom you can blindly trust. He will help you in paper work. I would also like to thank manish sir from the administrative department of kia showroom, yeh jab ek bar commitment kar lete uske baad toh woh pura kar ke rehte. Anyone who is willing to purchase car then contact this two lovely person pradeep and manish. Mujhe todi disappointment hui, No discount, no accessories,. But showroom looks elegant. I don't know about service because I have recently bought the car, hopefully they won't disappoint me.
